My name is Jim Balasubramanian and I’ve been in IT for about 23 years. Have worn many different hats over the years, from working at a NOC, managing a LAN/WAN network, a network analyst at an integration company, a desktop support tech. In my current incarnation, I’m calling myself a “Systems Administrator / Solutions Architect”. I also started my own company on the side, JB Network Design, at the start of the Great Recession, just in case I was going to get laid off 🙂 – Always have a Plan B.
